Our mission

The Marketing and Communications Department (MarCom) ensures consistent representation and dissemination of the Lebanese American University’s (LAU) brand across all lines of communication and strategically positions LAU as a dynamic, modern and transformative university in the Middle East.

Guided by the university’s mission, and in partnership with the LAU community, MarCom plans, writes, edits, designs, develops, publishes and supports university communications through various media; produces marketing collateral for events; enforces a consistent use of LAU’s corporate identity; conducts marketing research; manages advertising campaigns; and develops strategic communication plans for initiatives, programs and units.
